SupportPath was born from a simple observation: Australian families were spending weeks trying to find the right NDIS provider. The government register is hard to navigate, most providers have limited online presence, and families end up relying on word-of-mouth or settling for whoever answers first.
Meanwhile, the biggest platforms were taking a cut of every hour of support — charging workers commission and adding fees on top for families. We didn't think that was right.
