Coordinator Terms

Last updated: March 2026  |  Version 1.0

1. Introduction

These Coordinator Terms apply to you if you use the SupportPath Coordinator Portal as a support coordinator, plan manager, local area coordinator or other professional who assists NDIS participants in finding suitable support services.

These terms are supplementary to the SupportPath Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of SupportPath. In the event of any inconsistency, these Coordinator Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. The Coordinator Portal

The SupportPath Coordinator Portal is a free tool that allows you to:

  • Create and manage client profiles (including their support needs, plan details and preferences);
  • Search for and shortlist providers on behalf of your clients;
  • Share shortlists with clients and their families via a unique shareable link;
  • Export shortlists for your records.

The Coordinator Portal is provided free of charge. SupportPath reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Portal at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using the Coordinator Portal, you agree to:

  • Only create client profiles for individuals who have authorised you to act on their behalf;
  • Ensure that any personal information you enter about clients is accurate and up to date;
  • Comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles when handling client personal information;
  • Obtain appropriate consent from clients before sharing their information with SupportPath;
  • Not use SupportPath to solicit or recruit providers for purposes outside of SupportPath;
  • Comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and any other applicable professional codes;
  • Report any incidents or concerns to SupportPath in accordance with our Incidents & Complaints Policy.

4. Client Data

Client information entered into the Coordinator Portal is stored securely by SupportPath. We will:

  • Only use client data for the purpose of providing the Coordinator Portal and related directory services;
  • Not share client data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law;
  • Delete client data upon request from the coordinator or the client.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the legal authority and consent to enter client information into SupportPath.

5. Shareable Links

The Coordinator Portal allows you to generate unique shareable links for client shortlists. These links:

  • Are publicly accessible to anyone with the link (no login required);
  • Display the shortlisted providers, your name and organisation;
  • Do not display sensitive client information (only the client's first name and the shortlisted providers);
  • Can be regenerated or revoked by deleting the client profile.

You are responsible for sharing these links appropriately and only with authorised parties.

6. Disclaimer

SupportPath is a directory and does not guarantee the quality, suitability or availability of any provider listed on the directory. Shortlisting a provider through the Coordinator Portal does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by SupportPath.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on providers before recommending them to your clients.

7. Suspension and Termination

SupportPath may suspend or terminate your access to the Coordinator Portal if:

  • You breach these terms or our Terms of Service;
  • You misuse client data or the Coordinator Portal;
  • A credible complaint is made about your conduct;
  • We discontinue the Coordinator Portal.
