SupportPath is not a care provider. We do not provide disability services, support coordination, plan management, therapy, personal care, or any other NDIS-funded service. We are a directory only.

2. No Government Affiliation

SupportPath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of:

• The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS);
• The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA);
• The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission;
• Services Australia;
• Any Australian state, territory, or federal government department or agency.

Provider data displayed on SupportPath is sourced from publicly available records (including the NDIS Provider Register) and from information submitted directly by providers. The inclusion of a provider on SupportPath does not constitute government endorsement.

3. No Guarantee of Provider Quality

SupportPath does not verify, audit, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or outcomes of any provider or support worker listed on the directory. Specifically:

• We do not conduct background checks beyond those described in our Verification & Screening Policy;
• We do not verify that providers are currently accepting new clients;
• We do not verify the accuracy of provider-submitted content (bios, photos, service descriptions);
• We do not guarantee that a provider will meet your individual support needs or NDIS plan goals;
• We do not guarantee response times or availability of any provider;
• Reviews and ratings are user-submitted and may not reflect current service quality.

You are responsible for independently verifying provider credentials and suitability before engaging any services. We recommend checking the NDIS Commission Provider Register, requesting references, arranging a meet and greet, and reviewing service agreements carefully.

Pricing information may not be current. The NDIS updates pricing periodically and there may be a delay before our tools reflect the latest rates. Always check the official NDIS pricing page for the most current rates.
